OSB Database Poller not polling database after some inactivity (Doc ID 2771385.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Service Bus, OSB 12.2.1.3, Database Adapter

We have configured DB Adapter for polling records from DB, every 5 seconds. It is running full day without any issue till 10PM. But next day, when it starts again at 9Am, it's not working and we have to do restart of OSB servers in order to make it work.
