Symptoms

BigIP F5 Loadbalancer is configured to forward requests to Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) SSL port.
OHS can be accessed without issue from other proxy devices such as another server on the same subnet using curl.
Requests thru F5 failed with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error in the browser.
