Attempting to search entries in Advanced Search using Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM). The following error occurs when the pop-up Directory Information Tree (DIT) is used to select a Distinguished Name (DN) path;
Similar issue - <Document 2337268.1> OID 12c: ODSM Error "An unresolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information."
The error occurs with the following steps;
1. Connect to OID on ODSM.
2. Open "Data Browser" tab.
3. Click "Advanced" button;
4. Click "Browse..." button in "Root Of The Search" field;
5. Select a DN, click "OK" button then the error occurs;
