Symptoms

On WebLogic 12.1.3 April 2021 PSU <Patch 32345262> fail to Apply with error code 73, 'opatch lsinventory' is working successfully and verified 12.1.3.0.210119 as existing patch. It fail when applying the patch 32345262, see this below error:
