Symptoms
In Chrome and Edge, when scrollbar is dragged to the bottom of a page with a table and table says "Fetching data", it starts automatically scrolling back to the top without user interaction.
This happens when Windows display settings are set to Medium - 125% and Chrome scale is 100%.
Changes
While similar to issue discussed in Chrome Scrollbar Scrolls Up To The Top By Itself With Some Zoom Settings (Doc ID 2547331.1).
But this particular issue occurs only when the touchscreen mode is enabled on a Touch-enabled display computer in ADF 12c.
