WUL-925 Error When Accessing Webutil Form Using Java Webstart Method (Doc ID 2772193.1)

Symptoms

Webstart method does not download Webutil files to client workstations.

The Java Console displays the following error:

ERROR>WUL-925 [CApiFunctions.parse_funcHnd()] Object returned from object cache is not of type CFunc
