Apex V20 CSV Download On Classic Report Doesn't Respect Break Formatting (Doc ID 2772805.1)

On: APEX 20.2 version, Flow Builder

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On a Classic Report, when Break Formatting and then downloading the report as CSV, the Break Formatting is lost.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The downloaded CSV file preserves the Break Formatting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- Install or upgrade APEX to 20.2
2.- Create a Classic Report
3.- Add Break formatting to the report.
4.- Download the report as CSV
