Purpose

Illustrate Forms CAPI sample code to reattach all PLLs in lowercase.
( This examples is for Developer 6i)

Scope

 This is handy to use when porting forms from Windows to Unix, and wanting to
have all PLLs attached in lowercase. The code in this sample was compiled with
Microsoft Visual C++ 6 on Windows/2000.
