Application Getting 403 Forbidden Error After Enabling SAML SSO (Doc ID 2773449.1)

Symptoms

After Enabled SAML-SSO in the WebLogic server and trying to login to the application getting, a user keeps getting "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" error after being Authenticated by Identity Provider. The below error is found within the log files:


Because of this, the SAML2 SSO configuration cannot be successfully be implemented.
