NPE in QueryCollection$Phantomize when Logging Changed to FINEST for "oracle.jbo" (Doc ID 2773845.1)

Goal

Login Issue when WebLogic logs changed to FINEST

For the purpose od troubleshooting, the jbo logging level was switched to "FINEST" in the Production environment to collect detailed logs of the issues under investigation.
When that was done, within 45 mins of switching over to "FINEST", the users were not able to log into the application and started getting error messages of login failure.

The logs showed a NPE in the Phantomizer class:

Turning off logging FINEST level fixed the problem.
