Capture Metadata Lookup Is Failing With "Error Loading Picklist Items"

After importing a Capture workspace, a Metadata Lookup in the Capture Client is failing with "Error loading picklist items" along with the below errors from java console log.
"com.sun.jersey.api.client.UniformInterfaceException: GET http://tst8wcec.mfltest.co.uk/dc-client/jersey/oddcClient/loadPickListItems?sourceID=89f15e84-1c6b-459b-b84f-e0eec510072a&pickListID=1b411ab8-f4d1-4ade-b3f7-9f8e3cf96e6b returned a response status of 404 Not Found"
