Symptoms

Migrated a composite from Oracle SOA suite 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 and database to 19c, after which the composite started showing error:
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The cursor type/concurrency combination is not supported.
