OSB To EBS Data Source Call Time Out Every Two Weeks (Doc ID 2775183.1)

Goal

OSB calls PL/SQL package to get data for large megadealers. This call typically takes < 2 sec. However, after about 2 weeks or so, these calls timeout in OSB as they are to to timeout after 40 secs of no response data received from EBS database. This gets worse until all these large megadealers call all fail. Other calls to retrieve smaller dataset still seem to work during this time. To fix this issue, EBS datasource in OSB is reset and then the calls work again. The PL/SQL code has not changed since the migration to OCI and this issue did not occur in the previous environment. What recommendations can be suggested to identify the root cause? Are there debugging that can be turned on at database level to identify the sessions that these large megadealers are executing in and whether particular sessions always get these calls resulting in subsequent cumulative failures? Any logging at the OSB/WebLogic level that may show what is happening at the EBS datasource level that may show what issue is?
