Goal

Patch conflict during April WLS CPU patching

While doing WLS CPU patching customer gets the following patch conflict.
The customer rolled back 28928602 and applied 32697734.

  /u01/app/oracle/middleware/oracle_common/modules/oracle.pki/oraclepki.jar:oracle/security/pki/textui/OraclePKITextUI.class
