Where can the Oracle JDBC Driver Companion files be found for download?

There is the need to download the files required to use an Oracle 12c driver with WebLogic Server 12.1.2.
According to the doc "https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1212/wls/JDBCA/ds_12cdriver.htm#JDBCA631", it needs the following files (only one of these):

· ojdbc7.jar
· ojdbc7_g.jar
· ojdbc7dms.jar
· ojdbc6.jar
· ojdbc6_g.jar
· ojdbc6dms.jar

and also these:

· ucp.jar
· ons.jar
· orai18n.jar
· orai18n-mapping.jar
· oraclepki.jar
· osdt_cert.jar
· osdt_core.jar
· xdb.jar
· xmlparserv2_sans_jaxp_services.jar
· orai18n-collation.jar

However, in the package "https://download.oracle.com/otn/utilities_drivers/jdbc/121020/ojdbc-full.tar.gz", the following files are only found: ojdbc7.jar, ons.jar, orai18n.jar and ucp.jar.
