Symptoms
On: 12.2.1.3.0 version, SOA Server
After being expanded a domain by adding a new SOA Dynamic Cluster 12.2.1.3.180207 on WLS 12.2.1.3.180717 and after created a new Security Realm (EbsRealm) it is not creating users or groups into the new Realm. It seems that after being expanded/updated the domain with SOA the DefaultAuthenticatorInit.ldift file changed from 3.2KB to 3.7 KB and after being created the new Security Realm the following files changed:
DefaultAuthenticatorInit.ldift changed from 3.7 KB to 352 bytes.
DefaultRoleMapperInit changed from 2.8 KB to 1.3 KB
XACMLRoleMapperInit.ldift changed from 31.0 KB to 3.2 KB.
This does not occur on a SOA 12.2.1.3.0 Stand Alone environment or when the cluster is static.
