Symptoms

At 98 percent, the Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4 Installation (Forms/Reports, OID, etc) on AIX crashes while saving the inventory and disappears.  The "./fmw_12.2.1.4.0_xx_aix_ppc64.bin -J-Djava.io.tmpdir=<dir>/tmp" shows the following errors:
