Error "404-Not Found" When Testing a Deployed Application Via WebLogic Console (Doc ID 2777411.1)

Symptoms

This error is reported using WebLogic console and then select to test a deployed application.
In other words this mean navigating to Summary of Deployments > Select Application > Select Test Application.
This functionality builds a test URL and submits it.
