Symptoms
- Using OAM password policy
- Reset password works with PasswordPolicyValidation Module, but not with PasswordPolicyManagement Module.
- If the user's existing password has characters from utf-8 encoded set, see the error "Password change error. Make sure current password is correct."
- Logs report the below error.
