Oracle Identity Manager 12c: Unable To Change The Lookup Name For A Cloned Connector (Doc ID 2777912.1)

Symptoms

During the cloning of a connector, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) UI doesn't allow renaming the lookups even if you use the right syntax. It throws the following validation error: 

Format is incorrect.
Value 'Lookup.xxx' must match this pattern: '^[a-zA-Z1-9_ ]*$

Default value :- Lookup.LDAP.Groups
Sample Value While Cloning :- Lookup.XYZLDAP.Groups
