Oracle Identity Governance 12c: DBUM Connector Update Action Script Is Unable To Get __NAME__ Attribute Value (Doc ID 2777951.1)

Symptoms

When action script is configured for Before/After Update actions, action
script is not able to get __NAME__ attribute or parent form data
attributes. During update operation, only modified parent data attribute is
available to update action script. There is no way to use __NAME__
attribute value in the update action script after updating role/child data.
