'HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error' Session is Lost Between OTD and Origin Server (Doc ID 2778237.1)

Symptoms

Customer logs into application thru OTD Load Balancer. After successful login a unique session id is assigned as expected. The session is then lost after sending subsequent requests.

The access log is indicating success for the initial login and then 500 failure upon next request.
