Symptoms

Issue:

When focusing on TextItem having clipboard full, the forms application freezes and it throws the following exception:

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space at oracle.forms.handler.ComponentItem.focusGained

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Compile and launch a form, setting max heap to 256Mb (FSAL or Java Web Start). The sample form set initial focus on the text item by default (it has just one component).
2. Open a large text file (27Mb) and copy all the text to the clipboard (ctrl+c).
3. The java exception is raised when we set again the focus on the text item.
