Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Login Process - The "Auth_cred_submit" Context Returns A Blank Page (Doc ID 2778551.1)

When logging into a protected application the context "/oam/server/auth_cred_submit", yields a blank page

Valid SSO session is created since the login to the resource in a new tab in the same browser session works
Issue is only seen when both OAM servers are running and the login request is not handled by the same OAM server
Followed Oracle's documentation for configuring high availability
F5 in front of out OHS servers doing a load balancing
