How to Change the Sort Order of Portals in the Portal Browser? (Doc ID 2778635.1)

The Portal Browser allows the list of portals to be displayed in multiple orders: Name, Most Active, Last Accessed, and Popularity.

With the "Name" option selected, portals are sorted in alphabetical order with uppercase letters first followed by lowercase letters.

For example:

ASTER
ASTROLABE
ASTRONOMY
Aster
Astrolabe
Astronomy

Is it possible to change the list of portals as follows:

ASTER
Aster
ASTROLABE
Astrolabe
ASTRONOMY
Astronomy
