FRM-41214 with RRO (Doc ID 2778930.1)

When using RRO (Run Report object) to call a report from a form - FRM-41214 error message is received.

Everything else is running fine, including running reports outside Forms (with rwservlet, rwclient, rwrun)

The diagnostic shows there is no IOR for the respective reports server:
