Symptoms
In Sites 12c cluster, the sitespatchsetup Fails on primary node with "Error 500--Internal Server Error"
Patch applied on both nodes and it was successful.
wcs_properties_bootstrap.ini file is copied from Node1 to Node2.
"sitespatchsetup" failed showing Error 500--Internal Server Error
Following error seen in wcsites_server.out:
OPatchConfig init(): Exception caught org.apache.commons.configuration.ConfigurationException: Cannot locate configuration source /apps/wcsshared/conf/wcs_properties_bootstrap.ini
OPatchConfig getPropertyFromFile(): Exception caught org.apache.commons.configuration.ConfigurationException: Cannot locate configuration source {shared filesystem}/wcs_properties_bootstrap.ini
