IMAP Transports Polling stopped in Oracle Service Bus 12.2.1.3
Hi Team,
Customer has integrations running in production which is reading the emails from Shared email box via IMAP then processing those email's into another target system.
It is using OSB email transports with the following configurations.
EndPoint: mailfrom:outlook.office365.com:993
Email Protocol: imap
Polling Interval: 1 min
It is able to connect to the shared email box successsfully via IMAP and process the email's as expected.
Soemtimes, we have observed that Email Polling stopped in Production and it did not able to connect and read the email's until restart the Proxy Service/WebLogic server.
They have observed the following errors in WebLogic logs intermittently. Pleae find the attached logs (Server-Unavailable-15_Logs.txt) for more details.
LOGIN failed.
Failed to open POP folder
Connection dropped by server?;
Connection reset;
they have also obeserved that IMAP socket connection also Stuck in Linux server during the time.
