Can't Assign IKM SQL to Siebel Append for Mapping with Oracle to Siebel in ODI (Doc ID 2779911.1)

Symptoms

While designing a Mapping to load data from Oracle to Siebel, the Integration Knowledge Module (IKM) -> "IKM SQL to Siebel Append (EIM)" is not listed in the physical view properties.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Create a mapping with source as Oracle data store and target as Siebel data store.
2. In Logical view, map the columns from source to target data store
3. In Physical view, select target table and observe that "IKM SQL to Siebel Append (EIM)" is not listed in the drop down for the Integration Knowledge Module properties tab.
