Max Sessions Value Fails to Engage When Value Is >25

Out of the box Max Sessions value is 8 and works as expected
Any value less than or equal to 25 works as expected
Any value greater than 25 does not work as expected. Instead, when the value is greater than 25, it allows unlimited sessions
