Symptoms

DataDiff Fails With ERROR: "An Error occurred during the Upgrade: null" java.lang.NullPointerException

In the log, it shows the following:

at com.oracle.sites.upgrade.plugin.SitesPluginUtil.overrideFolder(SitesPluginUtil.java:867)
