REST Binding Adding CDATA To Base64Binary (Doc ID 2781355.1)

Having a particular element "XXXXXXX" type as base64Binary in the WADL File.

The translation is failing that it is missing to convert the incoming payload(JSON) as a suitable XML before passing it to OSB Pipeline.

Similar issue is also seen in SOA.

BASE64Decoder: Error in encoded stream: needed at least 2 valid base64 characters, but only got 0 before padding character (=), the 10 most recent characters were: "AwMDAwfX0="
