Symptoms

Language chosen in Accept-Language parameter in Windows setting or Headers not displayed on OAM Login screen when a 4 lettered language such as ja-JP is selected. Note that language values such as EN or ja are displayed properly

Scenario

  • When a user accesses the OAM sign-on page by specifying "ja-JP" for Accept-Language in the HTTP header in Internet Explorer, the language is displayed in English instead of Japanese.
  • When the user specifies "ja" for Accept-Language in the browser, Japanese is displayed as expected.
