Goal

After DataDiff, can we restore PubTarget table from a backup taken just prior to running DataDiff?

The reason is that DataDiff refreshes the publish destinations with address and factors from 11g, which we have updated for new addresses in 12c.
- Rather than having to redo the changes made, can we simply restore the PubTarget table post-DataDiff?
