Capture Email Import Processor Is Trying To Import Failed Emails Many Times In The Logs (Doc ID 2781544.1)

Emails are failing on Capture import with the following error:

Image validation failed. The job is configured to delete the batch,
oracle.odc.exception.ImageFormatException: Invalid image file.

The errors are occurring more frequently each day and Import Processor is trying to import the failed emails multiple times a day.
