Symptoms

On Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3 and 12.2.1.4, after applying the latest WebLogic Server (WLS) Critical Patch Update (CPU) or Bundle Patch (BP) from March or April, the ODI Standalone and/or Collocated Agent fail to start with the following error:
