Symptoms

 
 When attempting to check in new content the following error occurs.

Caused by: intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUnableToExecMethod,getConnection
  at intradoc.common.ClassHelperUtils.convertToStandardException(ClassHelperUtils.java:202)

and the contents are not reaching to release status, all the contents are in Done or GenWWW status when checked in the work in progress tab
