Attribute Values Is Not Visible In Pending Violation Task View (Doc ID 2782083.1)

Symptoms

 In OIG 12c, when Audit Violation task is assigned to Assignee, when assignee clicks on the task,the Violation details tab is displayed.

However, the attribute value information in the Tab is not complete. Even when the User has Employee Number, Title still the fields 'Employee ID' and 'title' columns are empty.

Also, there is no option to add further fields like 'Country' etc.
