Symptoms

WebLogic Server instance cannot connect to remote LDAP (Active Directory) after JDK was upgraded to JDK to 1.7.301.

After enabling SSL debugging the handshake is failing with  "Caused By: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Server chose TLSv1.1, but that protocol version is not enabled or not supported by the client."
