How to autoapprove User Attributes Modifications Requests (Doc ID 2782876.1)

Goal

Created a custom Admin Role, with capabilities for search users, change passwords and modify users (designed for Help Desk team).

When a user with this role modifies some user attribute, a request is automatically raised and modification is not set instantaneously, as expected.

Need some way to bypass this workflow, so users does not goes through an approval flow, or some way to auto approve the request.
