FA - Unable To Download File From UCM Server with EBS (Doc ID 2783827.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.0 version, Fusion Application Integration

Unable to download file from UCM server using EBS.

Customer is trying to extract data from fusion using extract definitions which will generate the XML file in UCM server.

In EBS trying to load the same extract file. Getting error:

StatusMessage=Unable to download file. Unable to retrieve information for 'TEST_123456'.
StatusMessageKey=!csUnableToDownloadFile!csUnableToGetRevInfo2,TEST_123456


EBS logs show:

 

The content server is not receiving any web service requests from EBS with trace logging enabled.  There are no logs showing in UCM at the time of the error.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download ESS content
2. Error occurred

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Download ESS content.
