On: APEX 19.2 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After running collection_member_resize.sql script, VARCHAR2 collection columns are still 4000 characters long.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
VARCHAR2 collection columns to be 32,767 characters long after running the script.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to SQL Plus as SYS
2. Run collection_member_resize.sql
3. Validate collections tables. Columns defined as VARCHAR2 remain the same.
