Goal

Is there any parameters in WebLogic which will ignore STUCK threads for the connections to the database and retries connecting to the database either immediately or after certain time period?
(OR)
Is there a way at configuration level or programmatic layer to wait for xxx amount of time to get those stuck threads released or ignore that stuck thread and connect to DB after certain time period?
