forms1(Instance) Is Not Created for WLS_FORMS 2 (node2) and WLS_FORMS 3 (node3) In Cluster Setup and FRM:93131 is seen while accessing node2 and node3 FORMS URL (Doc ID 2784049.1)

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version,

forms1 (instance) is not created for WLS_FORMS2 and WLS_FORMS3 in a clustered setup with 2 node.

pack and unpack has been done for creating node2 and node3.

After that, forms instance is not created forWLS_FORMS2 and WLS_FORMS3 in a clustered setup.

The instance forms1 is only running on one of the WLS server.

While accessing the forms URL of WLS_FORMS2 and WLS_FORMS3:

FRM-93131: Cannot find base HTML file basejpi.htm
