ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Clicking on the "Documentation" option takes to incorrect version of APEX documentation.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Documentation of current APEX version was expected.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to APEX Development Environment
2. Click on the "?" button on upper-right corner
3. Click on "Documentation"
4. It takes to incorrect version of APEX documentation.
