File Polling Issue (Doc ID 2784195.1)

Goal

We have observed file polling not happening in our Environment. If we place the xml file in the directory, file polling was not happening

As part of work around, we have logged into Service bus console and going to corresponding Adapter -> Proxy services -> Inbound proxy services -> Transport details -> Advance option -> changing the extension from xml to text and then activate changes -> changing the extension from text to xml and then reactivate the changes,
file polling is happening.
