Symptoms

ESSO Logon Manager fails to start on Non-Persistent Citrix VDI Desktops with Windows 10 1909 version

ERROR

ssocredcap64.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).

 

Attempts to perform a repair install of ESSO-LM and remove the local cache have failed to resolve the issue.
