ESSO Logon Manager Fails to startup on Windows 7 Computers

The ESSO-LM client is configured to synchronize with Microsoft Active Directory vial SSL on port 636.

ESSO Logon Manager is failing to load and the ESSO-LM icon is no longer displayed in the Windows System tray on the taskbar.
The ESSO-LM client does not get loaded when manually starting it from the executable file or immediately following the user's logon to the desktop.

Issue was first noted when the ESSO-LM client stopped injecting credentials into various pre-defined applications.

Changes

 Corporate security policies were changed to disable the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 security protocols on the Microsoft Active Directory Servers.
