IDCS Webgate Integration Issue With Curl (Doc ID 2784668.1)

Symptoms

When using the 11.1.2.3 Apache WebGate with in an OIDC client configuration with IDCS, after running for some time protected resource accesses start failing with a 500 internal server error, and the following appears in the trace webgate logs:


The issue is temporarily resolved by a restart of the Apache server, after which the WebGate will work for some period of time (hours to days).
