"Show Gridlines" in OIT Image Export Does Not Work on XLSX Files (Doc ID 2784773.1)

Goal

Invoking Show Gridlines when exporting an Excel Spreadsheet has no effect on the exported file. Gridlines must be present on the exported file if they are needed.
